NO Password is required to simply clock in and out.
You must add a note to your clock in about what you are planning to do for the day/ what you have done during the day at the clock out stage if no plan is available when you clock in.
Without a valid clock in your invoice payment may be delayed.

Expenses submitted for fuel will not be authorised unless you have exhausted all options of using the fuel card and had prior permission from the office/ control room.
Company Credit Cards
Drivers may be offered a company supplied credit card, this is solely for business related expenses, anything deemed other than a required spend will be deducted from your invoice/ pay slip. Examples of unauthorised spend included (not limited to) Food, Drink, Air fresheners, Premium Fuels.
Receipts must be uploaded to the Credit Card app at the time of purchase, if a receipet is not uploaded/ missing and can not be found/ can not be requested from the retailer online/ by phone then the transaction may be deducted from your invoice/ payslip.
Company supplied credit cards are not directly linked to your personal credit score and you will not be held responsible for payments related to the account. However you are expected to use the card in a responsible manner in line with the terms and conditions detailed by the credit card provider.
Company credit cards will have a spending limit set per card (reset monthly) – some cards may be set to £0.00 if this is the case you will need to call the office each time you need to make a purchase with an exact amount to be authorised to your card before you can make the purchase.
Some members of staff may be offered a Charge Card (Amex) which holds different terms. Please refer to the HR page for details on this card.
Payments
Invoices for Monday to Sunday will be paid the following Friday
Draw downs/ payments outside of these terms will be reviewed on a case by case basis and will be subject to a minimum payment facilitation fee of £5.

AdBlue
DO NOT fill any vehicle up with adblue unless it explicitly states on the dash board/ computer system within the vehicle that it is able to accept a minimum of 10 litres.
This is a safety precaution as overfilling adblue can cause major issues in modern vehicles which may cause them to start “counting down” which in most cases will stop the engin from starting after 500 miles from the first site of a fault.
Vehicles equipped with an AdBlue system will have a dedicated tank, AdBlue MUST NEVER be added to the fuel tank of a vehicle.
Example Locations
Ford – Always located next to or under the fuel filler cap.
Toyota – Normally under the bonnet at the rear right hand side.
AdBlue is CLEAR
Screen wash is Blue or Pink
Never mix the two.
Never use water for adblue.
